1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your device when you visit a website. SolutionBoard uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) only as needed to operate the service or as you choose.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Required to run the service:
- Authentication — Supabase session so you stay signed in
- Preferences — language, theme, active company
Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance. The service cannot work without these cookies.
3. Analytics and advertising
When advertising is enabled, the free whiteboard and guest playground may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Where required, choices are collected through Google's consent message before advertising cookies are used. Paid whiteboards do not request ads. Product analytics, if introduced, will be explained separately.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Deleting authentication cookies signs you out of SolutionBoard. You can revisit advertising choices using “Privacy and cookie settings” on the ad card when Google's consent message is available.
